With the 106th pick in the 2020 NFL draft, the New Orleans Saints select Adam Trautman, TE, Elk Rapids HS / Dayton.

Adam Trautman is the first draft pick out of Elk Rapids since at least 1954. We haven't researched past that year to confirm he is the first graduate to be drafted.

Adam Trautman is the first Michigan grad out of Dayton to be drafted to the NFL since Bob Shortal in 1967. Overall he is the 2nd Michigan player to graduate from Dayton to be drafted to the NFL since at least 1954.
