Cass Tech 2019 RB Lewis Nichols picked up his 12th offer on Monday evening from Ball State University, becoming the 2nd MAC offer in 2 days as Kent State offered on Sunday.

On Tuesday while visiting Purdue, the Boilermakers offered Nichols.

Nichols at 6' 195 lbs split reps in 2017 with classmate Jaren Mangham to form one of the best RB duos in the state in 2017.

8/23/2017: After breaking out as a sophomore, the sky in 2017 is the limit. Nichols is prototype RB in a state that normally doesn't produce elite RB's. Nichols will certainly have the chance to earn that title these next 2 years. Nichols previously played at Southfield A&T.
College interest: An elite RB is coveted by colleges which explains why; West Virginia, Missouri, Indiana, Kentucky, and UCLA have already offered.
