West Ottawa 2018 TE/MLB Liam Cavanaugh has committed to Davenport

West Ottawa 2018 TE/MLB Liam Cavanaugh committed to Davenport University on Wednesday afternoon.

The 6'3" 210 lbs two-way stud had a huge season for the #17 ranked West Ottawa Panthers as they fell to the eventual Division 1 champions Clarkston in the Regionals.

Davenport, a Division II program was the lone offer for Cavanaugh who had just under 700 receiving yards and 12 touchdowns on the offensive side of the ball. On defense Cavanaugh racked up 122 tackles, 4 interceptions, and 2 forced fumbles.

Cavanaugh is the 6th player to commit to the Panthers in the Class of 2018.
