River Rouge 2020 S/WR Josh Wiley has committed to Independence Community College

- One of the least known names in Michigan is Cody 2020 S Josh Willey, but when all is said and done he'll be a name that one college fan base knows. At 6'2" 185 lbs, Willey is at a near perfect size to be recruited and he moves extremely well plus is lengthy.
