The D Zone will be covering this Friday afternoon PSL Championship Division B game. Both Denby and Cody enter this game with 6-2 records and are very talented across the board. Denby is projected to be in the Division 5 playoffs while Cody is projected to be in Division 4. This game will kickoff at 5 pm at Renaissance High School on Friday.

Below are the prospects we're aware of entering the game. We look forward to discovering more talent.

Denby:

2019 RB/CB T’Shawn Wilkes is a nice and shifty back who is the key to the Tars offense who is 6'2 202 lbs, if they can get him moving - it opens up so much for the passing game.

2019 DE Adrian Brown is a 6'2 230 lbs prospect who recently got his first offer from Urbana (D2).

2019 MLB Ty’Metrius Patterson is a solid prospect who is extremely under the radar at this point. Patterson is very aggressive and can get in the backfield fast.

2019 OLB/RB Jonathan Moreland is a 5'10 220 lbs LB who shows strong awareness of reading/reacting to play. He closes very strong around the ball.

2020 DT Jermaine Trammell is a high motor 5'11 260 lbs DT prospect who is generating Division 1 interest.

2019 OC Jaivon Preston is a 6'2 305 lbs OC prospect who holds Concordia and Urbana offers.

2019 OT Louie Curtis is a 6'5 310 lbs prospect who can run and pass block well.

2019 WR/CB Jamari Griffin is a vertical threat who can make tough catches look easy with his length.

Detroit Cody:

2020 S Josh Wiley is an outstanding 6'2 200 lbs Safety prospect who is long and rangy plus can hit. Riley is ranked as the #47 player in the class of 2020 by The D Zone.

2019 OLB/S Joe Thomas is a 6'2 185 lbs prospect with very good athleticism and has good on field IQ. Thomas holds an offer from Davenport and Clark Atlanta.

2019 DE/TE Will Gibson is a 6'2 190 lbs prospect for Cody. Gibson has shown to be a versatile player as a few weeks ago he had 13 tackles, 2 sacks, 1 forced fumble, and 1 interception which he returned for a pick six in a game vs. Henry Ford.
