Exploring D1 MAC/FCS, D2 and D3 schools - looking for the right mutual fit!

I am not afraid of hard work - I give 125% and love the process to be the best linebacker I can be. Year round, I train to get stronger, faster and more explosive - and won’t stop. I am confident but not a cocky leader - I motivate our team and keep us all focused and upbeat. I am a trusted friend/teammate - you can count on me. I am laser focused on my goals and surround myself with those who have similar drive. While I balance having fun with work, my goals come first.

I’ve been told by several coaches I’m a “cerebral” player. I have a very high football IQ, read plays well, and you can come to me to know what’s really going on out there. I am very coachable and respectful, strong, fast, and explosive. I don’t back off until the game is over, celebrate, and then laser in on the next game and improvements.

My goals during my high school football experience is to: 1) compete for a Division 1 state championship by graduation, to feel that winning pride. To do my part in that, I want to be the best linebacker possible, setting personal performance goals (speed, strength, agility) every season/ offseason and beating each goal. I will leave it all out there to achieve that goal, 2) continuing to excel as a scholar/athlete and be a leader on/off the field, as team team captain, maintaining my high GPA, and sharing my experiences with younger Clarkston Wolves.

Yes, I want to play college football. It has been a dream of mine since I started playing in the 4th grade. It’s a feeling in my gut that drives me every day. I want to experience that feeling of pride, the energy on the field with my team. I want to know that all the hard work, dedication and sacrifice that I have put into football will get me to my dream. Being a strong student is a part of the equation. I am working hard to be the best leader, student and athlete that any coach would be proud to have on their team. I will not let you down.
