Southfield A&T 2019 WR/CB Saunders Carter received his 2nd offer on Monday from Morgan State University.

The 6' 175 lbs ATH has excellent leaping abilities and length.

Saunders who was previously offered by Akron, is a player we feel will continue to draw more interest due to his skills.

Saunders is currently on a week long bus trip visiting and camping at colleges with Rising Stars.
