Novi 2018 G Trendon Hankerson received his first Division 1 offer from Northern Illinois University.

The 6'3 guard previously held a handful of Division 2 offers, but Hankerson received more interest from colleges following an incredible senior season in which he helped lead Novi to the Class A semi-finals.

Hankerson will visit Northern Illinois on Thursday.
