North Muskegon 2018 RB/OLB Christian Brooks was offered by and committed to Grand Valley State University on Sunday afternoon.

Brooks is a 6'2" 205 lbs OLB prospect who just 2 weeks ago took his first recruiting visit to GVSU and now 2 weeks later is committed to the Division 2 program.

Brooks teammate from North Muskegon 2018 OL Jacob Achterhoff is also committed to GVSU.

Unlike other Division 2 programs, the Lakers have recruited hard since their season ended as they now have 11 total commits, including 2 quarterbacks who committed during the summer.
