Bishop Foley 2019 RB/OLB Kendel Taylor picked up his 2nd offer from Division 1-FCS program, the University of Albany.

Taylor who is 6' 197 lbs rushed for 1,099 yards and 12 touchdowns as a junior in 2017.

Earlier this week, Taylor posted the top 40-yard dash time at Hillsdale College's, Honor Roll Showcase by running the 40-yard dash in 4.48 seconds.

Taylor previously held an offer from Navy.
