1 year of JV, 2 years of varsity

During games I have a lot of emotion that drives me to beat whoever is across from me big or small, I play the game smart. When I am up against an opponent that is bigger and stronger than me I use my leverage to outplay my opponent
I try to win every single play. I don't try to drive people into the ground. I make sure there is no possible way they can tackle whoever has the ball. I trust my teammates in knowing they will do the same. I make sure I do my job.
Sophomore year someone could've told me I would be pulled up to play varsity and there was no way i would believe it. 4 games into our season and coach shrader pulls me out of JV film and asks if i want to move up to varsity. Same week i make a 4th and 1 stop on our own 40 to clinch the Eaton Rapids game. Its crazy how one injury can give you a chance at a starting spot on varsity. Take every advantage you ever get and you will be successful. , This varsity year, before the season, we had our annual team campout. When it was my turn to tell coach shrader my individual goals I told him, all-conference OLB. I was backup on the line, at center, to our best lineman Bryce Bertl. We had one line group called our Jumbo package where i would go as center and Bryce to tackle. Soon that jumbo package was our starting line and now instead of starting OLB I was starting at center. Now I'm a 2nd team all county Center. I just do things that are best for my team not myself
I would like to play at the next level. I am not the average size of a college lineman but my intelligence can make up for what I lack in the physical department
