The desire I have for football doesn't compare to anyone else because I do not just play football but I am a footballer. I can play many positions on as well as I know my strong points and I am working on my weak points. Football is a lifestyle to me because it has been a part of my life every since I was five years old. I remember my first game playing outside linebacker anxiously waiting to fill my gap and contain the outside. I love the brother hoods that is build with your team mates. My brother hood started at home with my two older brother who loves and played football as well. I have learned and to skills and teaching from both of them. I am dedication on the field as well as off field. Off field I am studying my film, opponents films and next level films to prefect my craft as well as notice and correct my mistakes. On filed I am dedicated until I hear the whistle blow. Up or down on the score board I always give my all on the field and I do not stop until the 4th quarter and when the clock hits all zeros. I am a versatile player off the field I study all position and all plays. On the field I am able to switch position as needed to meet the needs of my team as you will see in my film.
I am coachable because I strive to be the best and I am eager to fix and perfect my craft and I understand that I do not know everything. I am smart player able to read offensive and defensives. While watching film I study other players to learn their habits and play style. I am technically sounds because I dedicate time the fundamentals. I possess no fear no matter the size, speed or rank of the player. I feel that I am a experienced player because I have been playing since flag football.
As a freshman I had to be a leader because my team was not in fact a team, we lack commitment and dedication from coaches and players. So I stepped up to try and bridge the gap between coaches and player by staying motivated keeping the team focus on the game, being a line of communication between the coaches and player and trying to keep our brotherhood strong. Freshman years my passing years yards 847, rushing years 623 with 10 runs over 25 yards, 48 tackles 35 solo, and I was awarded the MVP. Currently in my Sophomore year I have been the most versatile while still facing the same challenges with my team as we lose player I am stepping up to file the gaps. So one snap I may be the receiver and the next one the quarter back while still being the line of communication between the team and coaching staff. Looking into the future would I like to accomplish all conference, all state, getting a state title, breaking records and open doors for future players at my schools, go to the Army All American Bowl, and make it to play at Ohio State.
My goal is to play at the next level because I love the game and I have the drive, knowledge and skills to do so.
