Western Michigan, Grand Valley, Central or Eastern Michigan, and then obviously Michigan State and Michigan University. Out of state would be fun, the main problem is finances, so I have not looked much at out of state schools.
I keep going, this year (2018-19) season that seemed to be one thing that i constantly got pointed out for. In practice I didn't stop blocking or trying to block until I didn't hear the whistle. For every drill or team session I keep going whether I get beat right off the snap or whether the person across from me is in the ground, i don't stop giving 100+% effort until the whistle is done. Honestly
Smart and coach-able, it seems to be one thing that has always been with me. Introduce me a play and I will have it down within a couple days. Having played center for five year now, I have gotten pretty good at reading line-ups and changing the blocking scheme to accommodate to something that we may have not seen before. I am not the hardest hitter but if there is a chance to light someone up, I sure will take it ( obviously not getting a penalty).
Since seventh grade the state championship title has always been in my mind, my sister having graduated in 2010 when Lake Orion last won, I have told her that she will see us get another one. I have been determined to make that goal happen by doing every part I can to make myself and team better. College football at UofM has been the biggest goal I've had, whether I know 100% that I will play there or whether I know 100% I will never play there it will always be a goal to strive for. One accomplishment that has really stood with me was freshman year, beating out two centers who were both larger than I was, maybe it was my will to beat them or the thought of having to sit on the bench all season, but that was something that really made me proud of the effort I put in.
Next level football is more than an interest to me, with my grandfather having coached in the Big-Ten for plenty of years has been a large inspiration for me to play in the Big-Ten or collegiate football in general. Having been told by Jerry Hanlon (former offensive line coach for The University of Michigan, even though I am sure a coach would know that) that grades are more important to a coach than stats, coaches you should know i currently have a 3.8 GPA and I take A.P. Courses and Honors courses at my school. Also I do power lifting as a second sport because next to football, power lifting is my other favorite thing to do.
I got scout-team player of the week last year! (2018-19)
