The D Zone will be releasing our Top 151 football players in Michigan from the Classes of 2018 to 2020 over the next several days.

The list is based off of our evaluations throughout the off-season and various recruiting events like Mega camps (bigger college camps, Camp Pride, etc. where the top recruits attend and perform vs. equal or better competition played a major role in a lot of our decisions).

Stay tuned also for a major announcement and more rankings to be unveiled exclusively on The D Zone and our social media platforms prior to and during the season.

80. Romeo 2019 MLB Brock Horne

- Horne stepped into the shoes of a defending D1 champion position battle last year as a sophomore and stood out in the process. The 6'2" 210 lbs MLB has a knack for getting to the ball and well above expected coverage skills for a MLB. Horne should also see more of a role on the offensive side of the ball in 2017.

College interest: A ton of schools love him and it's led to a classic case of one school is waiting for the other to offer first.

79. Detroit King 2018 RB Eric McArn - Central Michigan

- McArn looks to bounce back from an injury riddled junior season at Southfield A&T. The quick and physical RB is hoping to close out his career with a bang!

College interest: McArn held 4 MAC offers before he committed to the Chippewas.

78. Belleville 2018 DB Kmare Carey - Western Michigan

- At one point early in his high school career, Carey was only interested in basketball. Things changed quickly for the long and lengthy DB who following a nice junior season received some pretty heavy interest from colleges.

College interest: Once his junior season ended, Carey received 3 offers and committed to Western Michigan who was the latest school to offer him.

77. West Bloomfield 2018 OT Javon Foster - Central Michigan

- Foster is still fairly new to the sport and immediately grabbed a starting spot at LT as a junior in 2016. Foster has great size at 6'6 295 lbs plus the athletic abilities to draw a lot of recruiting attention. Foster also was at mostly all of the 7on7 events with his team over the summer, which is rare for lineman to come and have fun and build chemistry with their team.

College interest: Foster received 4 MAC offers since Toledo offered back in January of 2017. Central Michigan was the latest to offer Foster and he committed 6 days after they offered.

76. Saint Mary's 2018 RB RaShawn Allen - Lehigh

- RaShawn Allen was the first 2,000+ yard rusher in school history last season as he played an important role in the Eaglets repeating as the Division 3 champions for third year in a row. The 5'9" 210 lbs RB is able to blend his speed and power into constant success.

College interest: Allen held nearly a dozen FCS offers and a handful of FBS offers. He committed to Lehigh who was his most recent offer.

75. Eisenhower 2018 DE/TE/OLB Henry Janeway - Army

- As Eisenhower wrapped up their semi-final loss and 12-1 season, one thing remained clear and that was Henry Janeway was the most unstoppable player on the field. Janeway added the necessary weight to be recruited at a high level over the off-season and will be expected to have a big-time senior year as Eisenhower will remain a contender in Division 1.

College interest: Janeway earned a handful of D1 FBS offers over the off-season, but following a visit to Navy and Army Janeway made his decision. Janeway committed to Army.

74. Saline 2018 LB Cory Gildersleeve - Central Michigan

- Gildersleeve broke out as a sophomore with a 100+ tackle season and has not looked back since. The versatile Linebacker can be utilized in a lot of different ways and has blistering speed for a LB. Gildersleeve is from a football family including his Dad who played at Central Michigan

College interest: The Chippewas were the first to offer the legacy recruit and 2 other FBS and FCS schools each offered. Gildersleeve committed to CMU at the end of camp season in June.

73. L'Anse Creuse North 2018 LB/S Myles McHaney

- L'Anse Creuse North has a versatile defender on display as McHaney has developed into a LB recruit. Schools love that last year he played Safety so it's easy to evaluate his coverage skills if he is to fully transition into a LB.

College interest: Myles McHaney's dad played at Central Michigan and the Chippewas were the first school to offer him. McHaney also added a Youngstown State offer following their camp this summer.

72. Gibraltar Carlson 2020 WR Ian Stewart

- After entering the scene as a freshman, Ian Stewart earned his first offer over the Spring from Akron. The 6'2 190 lbs WR pairs well with Wisconsin TE commit Jaylan Franklin. Stewart should have 3 productive seasons ahead of him.

College interest: Following his Akron offer, Stewart earned 3 more offers over the summer including one from ACC program, North Carolina State. There's still so much activity to unfold in Stewart's recruiting process.

71. East English Village 2018 DL/OLB Desjuan Johnson - Western Michigan

- Earlier this off-season at Camp Pride we said he could develop into a DE or OLB. Johnson apparently had his mind set on DL as he earned a top performer award at the time despite being undersized at the time. From Camp Pride to now Johnson added 10 lbs of muscle. Johnson has an extremely quick jump and is strong at contact, leaving a slower OL in the dark 10 out of 10 times.

College interest: Johnson is one of the kids we love to see at a camp, because seeing him go from 0 offers to 5 in this off-season is testament to his hard work and dedication. Things picked up quickly for Johnson in April as he received his first few offers within a few days of one another. Johnson is committed to Western Michigan.
