Southfield Christian defeated Buckley in 2018 Class D State Final by the score of 64-54 on Saturday morning.

The Eagle of SC jumped out a major lead and withstood a comeback attempt by Buckley that wouldn't be enough.

Harlond Beverly scored 23 points for the Eagles while Caleb Hunter chipped in with 13 points. Beverly also had 8 steals and 6 blocked shot. Bryce Washington found Beverly early for an oop, as Washington finished with 12 points and 9 rebounds.

Joey Weber finished with 26 points for Buckley.
