Team Strength(s) for 2017:
Senior Leadership and work ethic. This is a big group of seniors and they have completely jumped on board with the things that I have laid out for them. The amount of time and effort they have put in this offseason has been fun to watch. This group of players really want to put everything out there on the field.
Biggest Shoes / Holes to Fill in 2017:
Believe the biggest thing for this team is that we are laying out a whole new culture for them. This is a new offense, defense, and new way of doing things.
2017 Season Outlook:
It's like the old saying, ""Rome wasn't built in a day"". We are in year one and the kids are really excited and enjoying the process of building a ""Program"". Our staff has tried to give them as many opportunities and experiences to improve not only their football skills but also to improve as a person. Every day we will focus on us and the Roseville program and try to improve it in some way. I firmly believe if this group of kids 100% buy in and keep the focus on us improving every day then at the end of this season they will look back and be fired up and what they started for this school and community.

As for this season we hope to give every team we play a challenge and open some eyes that Roseville is on an upward trend.
Outlook on Conference/Division:
Every week is a playoff game in our conference. Cousino, GPN, and Port Huron are fighting for playoff spots every year and I expect that to be the same again this year. Sterling Heights will be tough again this year and our school hasn't beat them in a while. I also know Coach Marrogy will have L'Anse Cruse coached up. It's is going to be a challenge week in and week out.
