Northview makes history with dominant win over Holland Christian (Full Story)

Grand Rapids Northview claimed the OK-Black Conference title Friday with a 35-20 win over Holland Christian.

It’s the first time the Wildcats started a season 8-0 since 1970. Northview has outscored its opponents by over 200 points in their historic run.

Holland Christian kept its upset hopes alive, trailing just 21-20 at halftime. But Northview cranked up the physicality, keeping Holland Christian off the scoreboard in the second half.

Northview ends the regular season next week with a non-conference battle against Forest Hills Northern.

Holland Christian (6-2) will look to end the regular season on a positive note with a finale against Grand Rapids Christian.
