Throughout the week, we will provide previews for some of the top matchups throughout each round of the playoffs.

Division 2

Dexter (10-0)

The Dreadnaughts enjoyed their second undefeated regular season in three years, dominating their opposition with a 428-148 points differential. Dexter eclipsed 40 points in seven games, flashing big-play potential with a number of weapons. After just a handful of playoff appearances for the better part of three decades, Dexter has now reached the postseason seven straight seasons. It was a bit of a down year for football in the Ann Arbor area, but Dexter has potential for a long run.

East Lansing (7-3)

The Trojans started out the season as a top-10 team in our rankings. A 3-3 record midway through the season dampened their star a bit, but they enter the week on the heels of a four-game win streak. Despite the losses, East Lansing still finished with an impressive 355-175 point differential. The Trojans have good team speed and physicality, something Dexter may not have seen a ton of this fall.
