It was 5 years ago that Ian Eriksen led Clarkston to a dominant win over CC in the Division 1 State Championship.

Fast forward to now with Kurt Richardson still leading the Wolves, Clarkston put on another strong rushing performance vs. Catholic Central with a 27-7 victory.

Despite leaving the game in the first half, senior RB Josh Cantu had just under 100 rushing yards. Fortunately for the Wolves when Mike Fluegel was a sophomore he was thrown into the pack and succeed from the start. Fluegel continued to lead the rushing attack in the 2nd half with over 100 rushing yards.

Clarkston attempted just 2 passes in the game.

Clarkston will play OAA Red rivals, West Bloomfield for the Division 1 State Championship.
