What makes me unique among my teammates and others I play against is that I have the endurance and durability to go as long as needed and to do what is needed. Including that, I will also be going into the season as a second year starter

I play the game of football as trying to be as smart about it yet as hard of a hitter as I possibly can. Football needs strategy as well as physicality,  so I need to play it with a combination of the two.

I feel that, looking ahead, I feel more ready than ever for the season to start and I have more of a connection with my teammates than ever. I do look back though on all the stuff that built up to it too.

It's been a lifelong dream honestly. My dad played football at Central Michigan and my mom played softball at Toledo, so I've always wanted to follow them in that athletic experience. I've always wanted it to be in my future and I'm determined to make that dream a reality.
